![]() ![]() Note: This is made evident during Episode 2, where she rationalizes her anger for the last Comstock. So she returned to Rapture, to "finish the debt". Elizabeth even came to the revelation that Rapture's Comstock had been protecting Sally, but he was still a flawed man and had eventually lost her. Through this she realized in her anger and desire to kill Comstock, she had left Sally alone. It was only until after she had left, that she realized she had to do it. ![]() ![]() Elizabeth knew what would become of the Little Sisters. So why the hell did she return? She wanted to save the little girl. Jack could save Sally.Īt this point, we can say this: She was done with her mission to kill the Comstocks, but realised she had abandoned Sally. She then saw what could, what was, and never was going to happen in his universe. Through this door see saw a man, Jack Ryan. What's important however is that she looked through a particular door. She opened a tear and left Rapture, then she found herself on an airplane? Why? Maybe she wanted to clean up that blood on her face. Elizabeth had finally succeeded in killing all the Comstocks. Then Episode 1 happened, and Comstock got a Big Daddy's drill through his stomach. And at the same time she grew an attachment to Sally. Blinded by her anger and spite towards him, Elizabeth didn't outright kill him, instead she settled into Rapture (taking up work with Cohen) in an effort to watch and further her target's suffering. Let's start with what happened prior to Episode 1 - As we know, Elizabeth journeyed to Rapture to hunt down the one last Comstock, a version who had fled to Rapture after losing his Anna/Elizabeth, and inadvertently escaped her 'Comstock Cleansing' of the multiverse. So I'll go through what I thought occured and how it links right back around to Bioshock 1. I would love to hear what you thoughts are on the DLC and the Bioshock games as a whole.Īnyway, I wanted to basically go into - "What the hell happened?" for anyone whose finished the DLC and is perhaps confused.
